I’m hoping to become consistent to participate in the weekly link-up, The Homeschool Mother’s Journal.
Home educating is a part of who I am and I seek encouragement throughout the week to make it one.more.day.
I want to use this space at the end of the week to hopefully encourage you for your coming week.
This past Wednesday our church, Restoration Church, started weekly small group studies that I’m excited for our family to participate in.
I’m attending a Women’s Bible Study using the book, A Woman’s Secret for Confident Living by Karol Ladd
It’s been several years since I’ve participated in a women’s “face-to-face” Bible study. Boy, have I longed for that!
Here are some things that spoke to my heart and spirit as a woman and homeschool mom:
- 10 Ways a Wife Can Influence the Heart of Her Husband by Jolene EngleWives have more influence on their husbands than I think they realize. This is the perfect opportunity to speak life into the heart of your husband!
- I’m a Writer by AllumeI’ve struggled for years with wearing the “writer label”. Even after a long time of having permission to call myself that, I didn’t dare do it…until I heard my husband introduce me as a writer and singer. That, it seems, was the validation that my heart and mind needed. Yes, I’m a writer!
- 4 Skills Every Homeschool Graduate Needs by Hip Homeschool Moms
Launching a young adult can be mind boggling and mind blowing. We’ve already launched two daughters, but with sons, its so much different for me.
In case you missed my last post, the 31 Days to a Better Marriage blog post series that I was a participant among 30 women is now available in eBook form!
I’d love for your to download your free copy! Click on the photo download!
I want to leave you with a beautiful prayer that my oldest daughter posted.
Being mom to a busy baby can easily exhaust a mom, sometimes making her overwhelmed.
Please let this prayer encourage you!
