Squeezed Enough to Move

I can’t stand in one spot and expect progress.

I gotta move!

“But Lord, what am I moving toward?” I ask in my heart.

Some days I feel a squeeze that I don’t think I can bear.
I don’t want to deal with the weight of it.

Ever feel like you’re being squeezed out of a season of your life as you
move into another season?

Some things that worked so well….even worked so well just yesterday, have been squeezed out.
Squeezed out of your grasp. Not close enough to recall it or breathe life back into it.

At that point, friend, it’s time to move.

I found this week that many times you will cry over what’s being squeezed out.
It takes a minute to dust yourself off sometimes…but you WILL!

Take inventory of what’s right there in your midst.
What has God started to move you toward that you hadn’t noticed before?

That’s where I am right now.
How’s your move coming along?

  • Yes! Learning to breathe in the moment. Each season & shift is tiring, and I’m slowly learning to rest in the moment.

    • It’s such a refining time, isn’t it?! It seems a little more painful when its something that I’m being squeezed out of that’s not necessarily bad, but in order to move on to the better, I must recognize it!
I’m so thankful that you took the time to comment, Annie! So nice to meet you!!
