Our family took our first self-paid vacation last week. We’ve vacationed with family before, but not without some restrictions.
We went to Ruby Falls, Rock City and the Incline Railways…all in Chattanooga, TN. Those places were great but the highlight of our trip was the gorgeous cabin that we stayed two nights in.
It was the ultimate in relaxation.
We are planning on going again (to the cabin) with other friends and family, but for an extended stay!
Here are a few pics:
We then went home to Pensacola Florida for the remainder of the weekend. The highlight of THAT visit was our son, Josiah, being baptized by Brian’s father on Father’s day! God is good and faithful!!
I wish that I had better photos of the event. I did see others flashing their cameras, so hopefully the grandparents can get a hold of a copy.
Here is a new favorite pic of mine from our Fl. trip. To the Left of me is Aubrey. To my Right is Briahna.
Visit Under Grace and Over Coffee for more Caffeinated Randomness!
Have a great weekend.
Until next time…Be Abundantly Blessed!!

Looks like you all had fun and relaxation. I love the view off the balcony and the hot tub. I well imagine you spent some time relaxing in that.
That looks like a GREAT time! We go to Chattanooga about once a year to visit my uncle.
